The Housing Support Service recently did a questionnaire to the clients who use the service. (March 2010).

There was a higher than expected return of questionnaires compared to other surveys.

Service manager Paul Croston writes; ” these statistics are very pleasing on a number of different levels. First of all it provides basic evidence that the work we are doing with clients is both effective and has a positive impact in clients lives and recovery. It is also clear that our work stretches beyond the boundaries of pure housing, it reaches into more generic recovery related support needs.

We work with and view all our clients as holistic individuals who take the lead in directing their support needs.
Secondly it shows that the hard work, dedication and shear tenacity of the Housing Support Team has paid positive dividends at the grass roots of our work – which is why, we are all here.

It was also very pleasing to see a high return of forms – I would like to think that was another positive indication of the service we are continuing to provide.

I hope you enjoy looking at the questionnaire
